Supporting five municipalities to develop comprehensive, participatory strategies that strengthen social cohesion.

Funding pillars and mechanism
Where no mechanism exists to transfer funds directly to organisations, funding will be provided exclusively as in-kind support. Moomken Organization for Awareness and Media will handle procurement and provide the necessary goods or services in line with the approved budget for each initiative.
Eligible applicants
Local civil society organisations — municipal unions — universities — sports associations — private sector entities — community partnerships between the municipality and civil society organisations — youth centres — women's training and development centres.
Evaluation and selection criteria
Proposals will be evaluated and selected in close consultation with representatives of the municipalities concerned, according to the following criteria

The initiative must be a direct result of the priorities and short-term initiatives set out in the municipality's social cohesion strategy.

Inclusiveness
Targeting and engaging municipal residents and vulnerable groups, including: women, internally displaced people, returnees, and persons with disabilities.

Conflict sensitivity
Strict adherence to Do No Harm principles, ensuring the initiative does not provoke any local sensitivities.

Capacity and delivery
Clarity of activities, a realistic timeline, and the ability to coordinate with the community participation section of the municipality's community development department.

Monitoring and evaluation
Clear indicators to measure direct impact, and the applicability of participatory evaluation tools.
